COOKIES POLICY ASKY Last updated: 15 October 2026 1. ABOUT THIS POLICY This policy explains how ASKY uses cookies and similar browser technologies. ASKY is operated by Artur Voznickij in the Netherlands. For questions, contact askyprod@gmail.com. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data more generally. 2. WHAT COOKIES DO Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser. They can help a website recognise an authorised session, protect access to an order or support a payment. Some cookies disappear when a session ends. Others remain until their expiry date or until you delete them. Not every visit creates every cookie described below. Cookies depend on the features you use. 3. NECESSARY STORE COOKIES ORDER ACCESS Cookie name: asky_order_ followed by an order identifier. Purpose: Allows secure access to a purchased order and its downloads after you open a valid order-access link. Provider: ASKY. Duration: Up to seven days after the cookie is set. Access may end sooner if the underlying link expires, is replaced or becomes unavailable. This cookie is used for order access, not advertising. ADMINISTRATOR AUTHENTICATION Cookie names: Supabase authentication cookies beginning with sb-. Names may include a project identifier, numbered parts or sign-in verification suffixes. Purpose: Supports administrator sign-in, session verification and access to the Control Room. Provider: ASKY using Supabase authentication services. Duration: Authentication cookies may be configured to remain for up to 400 days and may be refreshed during use. This does not guarantee that a login remains authorised for that entire period. Signing out, session expiry or revocation can end access earlier. These cookies relate to administrator functions. Customers do not need an administrator account to browse or purchase. 4. PAYMENTS AND PROTECTED PREVIEWS STRIPE CHECKOUT Where purchasing is enabled, you may be directed to Stripe’s hosted checkout. Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies for payment functionality, authentication, fraud prevention and other purposes described in its own notices. The cookies and their duration depend on the payment features used and Stripe’s current configuration. Any optional choices offered by Stripe are managed through Stripe’s own controls. VERCEL PREVIEW ACCESS While the website is hosted behind Vercel’s preview protection, Vercel may use additional cookies to verify permission to access the preview. These access controls are separate from ASKY’s customer order access and administrator login. Their duration depends on Vercel’s applicable session and access settings. 5. ANALYTICS AND ADVERTISING The storefront does not currently include advertising pixels, behavioural advertising or optional visitor-analytics cookies. Technical request logs and security records may still be processed by our infrastructure providers. These are explained in the Privacy Policy. If we introduce technologies that require consent, we will provide the relevant information and obtain that consent before activating them. Continuing to browse, scrolling or closing a notice will not be treated as consent. 6. CART AND AUDIO PLAYER The current storefront keeps cart selections and player settings in temporary page memory rather than persistent browser storage. Reloading or leaving the page may reset them. The audio-reactive visual effect analyses the playing preview locally in your browser. It does not access your microphone. Your browser may cache downloaded website assets or audio under its normal caching rules. A browser cache is separate from a cookie. 7. CONSENT AND YOUR CHOICES Cookies strictly necessary to provide a feature you request may be used without prior cookie consent where the law permits. This policy does not authorise optional tracking, and accepting our Terms of Sale does not constitute consent to advertising cookies. You can inspect, block or delete cookies through your browser’s privacy settings. Instructions are available through your browser’s Help section. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent administrator sign-in, payment functionality or secure order access. If you delete an order-access cookie, you may need to reopen a valid access link from your order email. Deleting a cookie does not cancel a purchase or automatically erase the order records we must retain. 8. CHANGES AND CONTACT We will update this policy when the store’s cookie use changes.
